This mold will hold up to approximately 23 pounds of soap when all three chambers are completely filled.  We use about 6 pounds of soap to fill each chamber  to get the preferred log size of 2.5" x 3.5". These logs are then sliced into 1" bars and get 18 perfect soap bars per log making this design great for production.

You can make several flavors of soap in this new Plexiglas Flat Log Mold from one great big batch of CP or HP soap.  Using this mold and the dams, you can make any length of log you desire.

Mold Design Details!

The dimensions of the standard size Flat Log Mold chambers are 3.5 inches wide and 18 inches long and 3.8 inches deep.  This is the inside dimension of each of the three chambers.  The sides of the mold are 3.5 inches high.  We fill each chamber a little over 2.5 inches deep to achieve a favorite size bar of 3.5" x 2.5" x 1".  Filling the chamber completely will make a square log 3.5" x 3.5" x 18".
