Remove the bolts and slide the bottom plate off.

Remove the freezer paper and let the soap breathe awhile.

Gently apply even pressure on the slab or log to force it out of the top of the mold.

The mold can now be removed from the Support Tray.

Lift the tray and the slab or log is ready to be sliced.
